No available version compatible with the installed Atom version: 1.12.7 #406

On using the command apm install language-babel , or using the ATOM Settings view to install the package, I get the above Error.

I don't know. There should be a version that supported this very old version of Atom. You could try installing from this branch https://github.com/gandm/language-babel/tree/Pre1.13
