Norwegian language (Nynorsk) localization.

Hi,
Since we have two different official languages in Norway, one is called Bokmål 
(nb for the browser) and the other is called Nynorsk (nn for the brwoser). Both 
are very different from each other. 

I had already sent you the Bokmål localization for PWM and now I am attaching 
the Nynorsk files. It will be nice if you can add it to the next build. Thanks
