Adding a SMTP port and TLS options #429

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the configuration mode, there is no place to enter a SMTP port
2. Try to put :2525 after the smtp server name, and you get a validation error
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That you could specify a :port number after the smtp address

What version of PWM are you using?
1.6.4

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Novell eDirectory

Please paste any error log messages below:
No log message, GUI screen error

You can configure tls or custom TCP port using advanced smtp java mail options. 
 Please ask for help on the pwm-general list.
