5017 ERROR_DIRECTORY_UNAVAILABLE

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i have falowed the steps to configure but at the end to test login with test 
account its giving error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
AM stucking while configurations

What version of PWM are you using?

pwm_v1.6.4

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Windows 2008 R2
4 GB RaM

Please paste any error log messages below:

Directory unavailable. If this error occurs repeatedly please contact your 
helpdesk. { 5017 ERROR_DIRECTORY_UNAVAILABLE (unable to create connection: 
unable to connect to any configured ldap url, last error: unable to bind to 
ldaps://BackupTest.com:636 as cn=admin,o=example reason: CommunicationException 
(BackupTest.com:636; Connection reset)) }

Please help to fix this.

Please check other (closed) issues on AD configuration. The problem is an AD 
problem, not a PWM problem. "Connection reset" means that the directory server 
(or a firewall/router in between) disconnects early or immediately on connect.
