Migrate pwmDB to MySQL #445

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. - This is just a question

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Ability to move pwmDB to MySQL

What version of PWM are you using?
1.6.4

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Active Directory, 2008R2

Please paste any error log messages below:
- None, pwmCommand runs database export but unable to to find a way to import 
data to MySQL

Is there a way to export pwmDB so that it can be imported into MySQL?
