PWM version 1.7.0 RC3 "Active Directory - store responses in a database" template problem #462

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose "Active Directory - store responses in a database" template during 
setup wizard.
2. Configure PWM
3. Receive a health warning (see below) when checking PWM's health status

How to fix?
Configuration Editor > Modules > Forgotten Password:
Response Read Location: change to LocalDB (defaulted to Database)
Response Write Location: change to LocalDB (defaulted to Database)

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.0 RC3

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Active Directory (Windows Server 2003 SP2)

Please paste any error log messages below:
unable to read test user data: 5051 ERROR_DB_UNAVAILABLE (database connection 
is not open)

This is working as designed for now.  Future versions will allow you to setup 
database during wizzard.  For now you can setup database in config manager -> 
database.
