Build Pipeline cannot work well with Join plugin #130

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You can see the pipeline starts with job Seq0, and I set Seq1, Seq2 as its
downstream jobs. Seq3 is the job triggered after Seq1 and Seq2 are both finish
successfully. I expect only one Seq3 build card shows up in the pipeline, but
there are two both Seq3 build cards.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Jenkins 1.478
Build Pipeline:1.3.3
Join Plugin:1.15

Please provide any additional information below.
I have found there is an open issue
http://code.google.com/p/build-pipeline-plugin/issues/detail?id=21&q=join%20plug
in created in last year. I wander whether this issue is still not fixed?

Best regards
