Build Pipeline View have no Remote API #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new Build Pipeline View
2. add api/xml to your new view URL

Expected to get some pipeline information about builds and their statuses but I 
got only jobs list.

I`m using 1.2.3 plugin version on Jenkins ver. 1.427.
