You should only include maybe one preloaded example (like windows media player)
and then include a link to a page showing the config settings for all the rest
of these you consider common. this way anyone needing those extra config
settings can add the ones they need and only the ones they will use.
reason for request: i don't use ANY of the preloaded settings and i cannot
remove them (they are forced on me). i know they come disabled by default, but
i would like them removed completely.
