Folder for placing markdown files #7

Currently, all the markdown files need to be added to the root folder. This is kinda messy and confusing.

It would be good to have a folder to place the markdown files and read from. In my initial attempts with this, I noticed that images were not being added to the PDF files. I think this might be something to do with Windows slashes.
