Version 1.2

Changes:

Modular Structure to split code up to make it simpler
Switched from PhantomJS to wkhtmltopdf for performance and reliablity
Preserves files that can't be embedded into PDF documents
Requires Notion export to HTML rather than Markdown
Fix for errors caused by accents and emojis in file names
Bundled Binaries with Source Code
Better PDF Layouts
Removed Book Function
