FR: Disable "overall progress" by default #352

Overall progress adds so much time to file transfers that I would suggest disabling it by default.

The issue with slow file transfers to MTP devices has been resolved in our latest release. You can download version v3.2.20 right here: v3.2.20 Release.

Please try it out and let me know if this update solves the issue for you. Looking forward to your feedback!
