Scroll point is not restored after encoding change #122

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scroll the book to a location beyond the first page.
2. Enter preferences and choose a new file encoding type.

Book should reload and then scroll to the point that was visible before
prefs were shown.  Instead, it reloads but stays at the beginning of the book.
