Follow HTML anchor links within the same document

I have a ipod touch and the 1.3.7 version works great just wanted to know
the following:

1) Hyperlinks in HTML format would be good!
2) Annotations would be a great fix.
3) Auto scrolling!
4) Highlighting with underline text or text color for verse!

Please let me know if I can help you. I helped out a lot with one called
Yanceyware. For LDS Spanish scriptures. I would like to help out to get
that 2.0 version going. If you have another version I could beta test send
to grmiller@proyectosie.com okay. I would love to help. Also I have almost
all the scriptures in spanish done now. Just waiting for highlighting and
hyperlinks. Because I already have them made. Please. Thanks again.

This isn't possible to do with the 1.x series of Books.  It's on the "maybe" 
list for 2.x
