NTP should be added to the basic installation #39

Weird things can happen if nodes have time drift, so it's highly recommended to at least ensure ntpd or chrony is working on the hosts.

This isn't something we've thought about yet but makes a lot of sense.

I'll need to audit what the defaults are for AWS, GCP, and DO and how they're currently working. Probably we can create an ansible check initially and if we find systems are sometimes not being configured sufficiently we can look at correcting those providers with further roles
