Remove 'custom' directory from the file picker sidebar #1128

We should remove the 'custom' directory from appearing in the file picker sidebar as it's redundant and can lead to multiple nested directories

I don't see the custom directory in Joomla, is this Wordpress only?

Hmm I can't see it there right now so maybe it got removed already, however I can see some other Gantry 5 core directories that shouldn't be there for sure - @mahagr

My fix is not good, what if user actually has folder named "assets"? I tried to solve it wrong. Core folders should not be there in first place.

I think this is better, works on latest CI (dev-7bb67201c) and WP (4.5.3).

By the way, these are the folders that are available in Joomla file picker: screenshot_2016-06-24_12-55-09 I think that assets and engines should not be shown.
