Whitelist Dependabot in cla-assistant #155

I saw Dependabot got added today and has already started to attempt pull requests.

Unfortunately, those pull requests get stuck with the license/cla check. The reason for this is that the Dependabot is not yet whitelisted in cla-assistant.
