Added the new package name for docker on debian based systems.
Added the update of the apt cache on debian based systems (i had a problem in my own testing cycle where i have a blank system and this role was the first that ran as a dependency --> package not found)

Seems this needs more work than expected to get fixed. Will reopen the PR later.
