Overview

This PR aims to contribute a summary table listing each respective stage's properties, grid world setup, and screenshot. Please see the Stage Summary Table.

Changes

Update screenshot used in repo README.md
Add reference to README/resources/md_stages_screenshots/README.md in main repo README.md
Reword 'Levels and Settings' section, within repo README, to reference the new stages table
