Blur and re-focus bug on some browsers #2

On at least some browsers which, by default, highlight the input field with focus, there is a slight glitch when you click the specialedit toolbar because the input field blurs and re-focusses.

Not sure how best to fix this. I would rather not just turn off the highlight feature.
