Question about TF motif/ChIP-seq data In tuturial #110

In the tutorial, you have provided the following data. My question is, this data, how was it obtained?

For human and mouse, the TF motif/ChIP-seq data used in the second step can be downloaded from here:

These files were produced using the following Snakemake pipelines:
