The "OSLC Plugin of Jenkins/Hudson" 
(https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/OSLC+CM+Plugin) offers an 
intersting way to include redmine.

* autoamatic ticket creation in redmine based on failed jenkins builds

I am not sure if the Plugin just need correct json config or redmine even needs 
and installed and well configured  OAuth Plugin (http://oauth.rubyforge.org/)

I'm afraid we have no idea about OAuth and json interface of redmine.
You can ask at www.redmine.org.

OAuth is already done.
