Case insensitive autocomplete #38

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Autocomplete in editor can be case insensitive, so that typing lower case 
characters brings out all options in lower and upper cases, as in Xcode. Would 
improve programmer efficiency.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
15.1 on Mac OS X 10.8.2
