Window does not come back from minimize #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Minimize window
2. Try to click on minimized window in dock
3. Look to see if windows comes back from minimized

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No window appears.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version X23.2 on OSX 10.9.2

Please provide any additional information below.
