Awake monsters should perhaps be allowed to roam the dungeon, giving the player
less of a chance to rest and pick fights liberally.
If done, (resting?) regeneration should probably be increased significantly to
help compensate.
Also, testing should be done to ensure that this doesn't cause a terrific
slowdown to game speed.
