Separate CCW from curing #145

!CCW is too much of a no-brainer in terms of carrying, and its efficacy is very 
high.  Perhaps we should separate its damage-curing and status-curing effects, 
or make its status-curing effects less potent, and increase the availability of 
!Curing and -Curing.
