Some quests are simply untenable, and require manual bailing after triggering
them. That's a little annoying, and very infrequently, dangerous. Let's add
an abandon question option in the inn, though perhaps it should penalize the
player more than a simple failure (have to wait some amount of time/dlevels for
new quests, extra penalty to reputation, etc.)
