Dear Gaowei Wang! A very fantastic work in islet snATAC-seq analysis. I am interested in your public data. However, I could not found the large file links (http://169.228.232.194/~mmallick/o/processed_snATACseq.tar.gz, http://169.228.232.194/~mmallick/o/processed_multiome.tar.gz). If convenient, could you offer downloadable links?

Hi Tianhang,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with accessing the islet snATAC-seq data. I have encountered the same issue with the broken links (http://169.228.232.194/~mmallick/o/processed_snATACseq.tar.gz and http://169.228.232.194/~mmallick/o/processed_multiome.tar.gz), and I have also been unable to download the files.

May I kindly ask if you have received any response or alternative download links from Dr. Gaowei Wang or the research team? If you have managed to obtain the data, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share the information on how to access it.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Dear Tianhang,

Thank you very much for your prompt response and for providing the links to the files. I truly appreciate your efforts in locating and sharing them. Have you download the fragments files of snATAC-seq data or which file is fragment file in the folder?

Regarding your inquiry about postdoctoral positions, you are welcome to directly contact my advisor Prof. Kai Zhang @.***), for potential opportunities in our lab.

Please let me know if there are any additional details you’d like me to pass along.

Best regards, Danni

Dear Danni,

Thank you for your letter. After receiving it, I checked the previous project folders and found these two files (in unzipped form). I have compressed them into a .tar.gz file and uploaded it to Google Drive.

Here are the links:

Honestly, because it's been a long time, I don't quite remember how I originally downloaded these files, but based on these file names, they should be what you're looking for. I hope they will be helpful for your research.

Additionally, may I ask if your lab or any professors you know are currently recruiting postdocs or research staff, particularly for experimental and computational work related to single-cell and spatial transcriptomics? Recently, I have been seeking a suitable position.

If you encounter any issues with the download, please feel free to contact me again.

Best regards!

Dear Danni, This link may meet you need: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE200044

Initially, I planned to share the data via Google Drive, but due to limited storage space, I was unable to do so. Then, I realized that the data should be from the link above (GEO database). Below is a screenshot of the files, which I believe might be what you need. The GSE200044_10x_filtered_matrix.tar.gz file appears to be the raw data, while the GSE200044_cell_cluster.tar.gz file seems to be the analyzed .h5ad file.

Thank you very much for providing Professor's information. I will keep an eye on it and look forward to any suitable opportunities for communication and learning. If you need any help about the data, please feel free to contact me. lyu202302
