Use a more tile friendly background #16

Our initial intent is to stretch background image when resizes. however,
stretching the backgound image makes resizing noticably slower then before
and have some bugs that will affect other widgets in my test. 
If we can find a replacement for the background image that can tile, we
could make it very small and let QT tile them together. This should save
memory as well.
