DM GUI should show restraunts in view. #7

DM should draw markers on map. prototyping has been done by Zhu, so this
should not take very long. The greatest issue here is how to manage huge
amount of restraunts in nearby loacations. such scenario is very common,
especially given that the scale of map is not fixed, a bigger scale make
restraunts more dense. figuring out how to address this issue is very
crucial for mobile devices with limited memory and small screen.

I think using probuf message to store data is a viable solution. performance 
hit is
not big.
