Support more pkg-ci-scripts options #5

See https://github.com/gap-system/pkg-ci-scripts/blob/master/README.md for a list -- maybe not all need to be supported, but surely a few more would be useful, as they are in use by existing repositories; at the very least GAP_PKGS_TO_BUILD

Actually, I think we should go another route...
