When ready to do this, submit the PR which adds the URL of the PackageInfo.g to the file https://github.com/gap-system/gap-distribution/blob/master/DistributionUpdate/PackageUpdate/currentPackageInfoURLList (for the record, crypting, uuid and zeromqinterface are there already, and they are all now allowed in stable-4.9 branch).
