AllQuimpGroups: allow for more flexible socle type queries #6

It seems AllQuimpGroups allows querying for SocleTypeQuasiprimitiveGroup.

But it would be nice if this was more flexible, and allowed e.g. to just give the shortname, or the series (so that one can e.g get "all groups with socle type in series L")
