Naming conflict: GAP already provides `IsQuasiPrimitive` (for characters) #7

Given that there are also IsQuasiSimpleGroup, IsQuasiDihedralGroup, IsAlmostSimpleGroup etc. I think this package should adapt to that reality and spell it as QuasiPrimitive not Quasiprimitive everywhere (so also in SocleTypeQuasiprimitiveGroup and QuasiprimitiveONanScottType)

I've since then reversed my stance, given discussions we had on IsQuasisimpleGroup versus IsAlmostSimpleGroup: the former has a lowercase s because it is "quasisimple", the latter has an uppercase S because it is "almost simple".

So perhaps the IsQuasiPrimitive command for characters in GAP should be renamed to IsQuasiprimitive.... or perhaps both should be retained and one made a synonym for the other?
