Towards publishing this package

Dear @DominikBernhardt it would be a great shame if this package were left in obscurity forever.

May I suggest the following:

1. make it public
2. migrate it to the gap-packages org
3. add someone as co-maintainer, e.g. "The GAP Team", or if you prefer, me (or anyone else who is willing and active, could be multiple entities)
4. (possibly set IsMaintainer := false for yourself and the time being, but that's up to you to decide)
5. possibly indicate anything you think must be changed before a public release

Then at least there is a chance for people to use it, and perhaps myself or others will find time to polish it a bit more and deposit it with GAP. At the very least we could list the package in the list of known GAP packages.

There are a bunch of open issues (all by me ;-) ) which could be worked on -- if you have any preferences or concerns for any of them, just add them there as replies.

Just after I opened this issue, @aniemeyer replied via email. And just now I was on the phone with @DominikBernhardt. Short summary of that phone call: He is happy for this to be made public and will do so and then transfer it to the gap-packages organization, too.

To summarize the email by Alice:

• she is OK with making this public, too
• there is supposedly a bug in PraegerONanScottType that should be fixed (and apparently Luke Morgan has a fix), but no details were provided as to what the issue was -- ideally please open an issue on this repository for this!
• there is some concern about the size of the database. Alice provided some details, which I did not quite understand; in any case, this should be filed as another issue with details, and then we can look into it (there are many things one could do about this, but that should not block the package from at least being made public!)
