Add license information #6

As the manual already says, the package is distributed under GPL v2 or higher:

It's recommended to have a plain text file in the root directory of the package, containing the text of the licence. The name of that file is not strictly specified, commonly used names include LICENSE, COPYING and GPL.

The text of the license could be found at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.txt
