CI HACK: do not test `tst/sendstringbackground.tst` on macOS #108

This test passes on my computer (macOS 12), and @ChrisJefferson says there's not much he can really do about it. So he recommends to just not test it for now.

Just to give some more details, I can't imagine what's causing this to fail, and on every Mac I have access to (3), the tests run fine.
