source ball contains doc/_entities.xml #119

My guess is that doc/_entities.xml should not be distributed.

Thank you for your report.

This file is generated, just like doc/title.xml. Whether or not they should be included in the tarball is IMHO a matter of taste. Since it seems to cause no harm either way, and removing it or them from the archive would require extra work, I'd rather not get into this.
