Add standard testing-shim #7

Note that after merging this PR one needs to activate travis (and codecov) for this repository, which is most easily done by clicking on the respective badges (and following the website's instructions).

@markuspf actually, why to rename testinstall.g to testall.g? If there will be mor tests, not intended for automated testing, then testall does not really tests ALL. Is that because templates for CI scripts use testall.g?
