Setup Travis CI and Codecov integration #17

This sets up tools which will run tests for every change suggested in the package to check that they still run correctly after the change and calculate code coverage.

@sunnyquiver thanks for merging it - that was a bit too fast, since I didn't even manage to see if the test worked or not. But it's a standard setup, so I hope it worked. Now to investigate diffs...
