GH Actions: cron job to run slow and veryslow test suites sometime (once a week?) #219

also, ideally when they fail, we get a notification: via email, or on slack (e.g. as message to the recog channel on the GAP slack if these test fail), or both...

Here is syntax to schedule workflow runs. Now I only need to extend the action to be able to use GAP_TESTFILE. https://github.com/homalg-project/homalg_project/blob/525b286ed67262f1ae4f727e5db1f237afab30b8/.github/workflows/Tests.yml#L9
