Set up continuous integration tests #6

This is not yet useful; first need a "proper" TestFile entry in PackageInfo.g as well basic documentation as in PR #5

This works now. You can see a preview at https://github.com/fingolfin/sotgrps/actions/runs/3274782204 and once you merge this, you can click on the "Actions" tab in GitHub
