Added -cpp option to ward. #17

Also fine by me, though I'd name the option -- which seems more in line with the conventions used by many other tools. But that's a nitpick.

Actually, looking at it, it already seems to use -- to "end" the -cpp option... (Some documentation really would be nice...) So it seems one is supposed to use this like this: ward -cpp $CPPFLAGS -- filename
