The first release download file is named SchemTron-0.1.0.zip, yet the version of the assembly is 1.0.0.0. Should they match?

Yes, they should match.

Next question -- what should the version be? I'm by far no expert in open source version conventions. We're using this library daily, and so I think it's quite robust. Does that qualify for 1.0.0.0?

Yes, I think version 1.0.0.0 made sense, my concern was just that because the pack (zip file) name specified 0.1.0, I wasn't sure which was correct.
