Added Continuous Path (CP) commands and EIO commands (IO multiplexing, digital input/output, ADC and PWM)

Added to dobot_communication and dobot_driver functions of: @PhantomFreedom Continuous Path:

SetCPParams: to change acceleration and velocity parameters for CP mode
GetCPParams: to get those parameters
setCPCmd: to send a Continuous Path point to move the Dobot (used in 3d-printing or laser-engraving)

@tonydle EIO: enabling the use of the Dobot's I/O pins

setIOMultiplexing: to multiplex the I/O pins (output, pullup/pulldown input, ADC, PWM)
setIODigitalOutput: to send a digital output signal to the I/O pins (can be used to turn on/off the extrusion heater and DC fan for 3d-printing)
getIODigitalInput: to get a digital input signal from the I/O pins
setIOPWM: to send a PWM signal to the I/O pins that enable it (can be used to control external servo motors)
getIOAnalogInput: to get the ADC value from the I/O pins (can be used to get the temperature from the thermosensor for 3d-printing)
