Chromecast - YouTube transfer does not work in Incognito Mode #459

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the latest version of Chrome (39.0.2171.69) on a Chromebook
2. Switch to Incognito Mode
3. Try to play any youtube video via Chromecast

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: The YouTube video plays on my TV set as there is a Chromecast device 
plugged in and working properly.
Instead what is happening: Hitting the "show on Chromecast" button does not do 
anything.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
My details on my Acer C720:
Version 39.0.2171.96 (64-bit)
Plattform 6310.68.0 (Official Build) stable-channel peppy
Firmware Google_Peppy.4389.89.0

Please provide any additional information below.
The YouTube cast would work in non-icognito mode. I am pretty certain this used 
to work fine in Icognito mode with previous versions.

When you say that you are hitting the "show on Chromecast" button, do you mean 
you are casting via the Chrome extension, the embedded Cast button in the 
YouTube player, or some other way?  Are you using the 14.1113.0.4 Cast 
extension (non beta)?

Can you try casting again and provide the receiver logs?  You can find 
directions on how to enable logs here: 
https://developers.google.com/cast/docs/custom_receiver#debugging

Yes, that is exactly what I mean: the embedded cast button that is part of the 
YouTube player. See attached screencap.

Version of the Chromecast extension:

First, please make sure the cast extension is made available in the incognito 
mode since all extensions, by default, are disabled. If that is enabled and you 
have an issue, please open a bug against YouTube since this issue tracker is 
only for SDK issues, thanks.

Yes, it is enabled in Incognito-Mode.
I will add a bug against YouTube then.
