HLS [cast.receiver.MediaManager] Load metadata error #515

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch the customer receiver.

2. Play the video feed

3. Console shows [cast.receiver.MediaManager] Load metadata error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Chromecast should play the stream.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The production is using the MPL 0.8.0. I also tried 1.0.0, same error.

Please provide any additional information below.
The console log is attached with debug option toggled. Search the keyword 
"metadata error".
