Indent function adding extra newline in Perl #13

Not sure how/when this changed, but If I hit Tab and the line actually re-indents in Perl (and TCL) It also inserts a newline. This gets pretty painful to cleanup...

I am using version v0.0.8 and I tried backing up one version

Any advice??
