Bump release? #181

Hey there, any chance we can get you to do a new release version? Bower grabs 1.0.1, which doesn't have the AMD hooks. Thanks!

Where do I do that?

  1. From the main page, click on the "2 releases" near the top of the page
  2. On the releases page, make sure that the "Releases" button is highlighted
  3. Click "Draft New Release"
  4. Type in a new number where it says "Tag version" (it looks like your source code has 1.0.3 in the header)
  5. Fill in a release title (eg. "AMD Support")
  6. Type a description of what's changed since the last release (you have 34 commits to catch up on!)
