Publish updated version #225

There have been several merged PRs since the last release more than a year ago. I'd rather not be pointing to a commit in the repo if I can help it.

I second that, just spent a lot of time trying to use the zIndex option documented, reviewing the code for why it just doesn't work... when I noted that the code downloaded (1.0.3) ignore this option.
